Police Officer Punished for Using Internet meme

A casselberry police officer has been punished by his supervisor for using a "racially theme" internet meme. Matthew Blunt, the officer in question sent the message on his personal phone to the city owned phone of his supervisor Kristine Pamatian. Blunt was said to have sent the image after bragging in a group chat about winning $32 dollars through the lottery. His punishment was one 10-hour shift without pay.
